Addition planned is at current roof line, 24 feet beyond current back wall (12 feet beyond current 1-floor extension. Dimensions are 24 x 29 x 40 feet high.

Projected dimensions are approximate but conservative. The roof line is simply projected straight west from existing peak. Since the existing one-floor extension is 12 feet deep, its distance from house wall was doubled to give the approximate placement of the new west wall.
